Our name tells our story:

"AL-FA" was inspired by us, sisters Aaliyah and Fatima.

In our early days in the fitness industry, we often felt out of place, almost ready to give up, but having each other kept us grounded, teaching us that sisterhood is the heart of resilience and the strength we find in ourselves and one another.

ALFA’s mission is to ensure every woman finds her own sisterhood—someone to lift with, laugh with, and make lasting memories.
